I have been building companies since 2013 — in education, training, software and leather goods. Some are running today, one has been sold. Here is where my energy goes.
Ai4x Academy
AI training and consulting — Morocco and Saudi Arabia.
Ai4x trains professionals and executives in the real uses of AI: live sessions, run by practitioners, built around practice rather than theory. More than 3,000 professionals trained across two countries, and nine major accounts supported.
It is the collective extension of what I teach here one to one: when a whole team needs to level up, that happens at Ai4x.
khls
The Moroccan CRM for small and mid-sized businesses.
khls — « خلص », meaning “it’s paid” — starts from a simple observation: a small company’s problem is not filing its customers away, it is collecting the money it is owed. A daily target for every salesperson, follow-ups over WhatsApp, unpaid invoice tracking, and compliance with Moroccan law 09-08.
TabTree
The mind map that fits in one file, and that you can email.
A single file holds the map, the plan and the application itself. Whoever receives it opens it with a double-click — offline, no account, nothing to install. Local-first, bought once.
Miratti
Moroccan luxury leather goods.
Bags, wallets and briefcases in leather, made in Morocco: long-standing craft at a price that stays within reach.
MFL Collection
A Miratti × Jaouad Zaïri capsule collection.
Two hundred numbered pieces, born from the meeting of the Miratti workshop and international footballer Jaouad Zaïri.
Kezakoo — sold
Academic success for Moroccan high-school students.
Kezakoo was my first venture at scale: putting the entire Moroccan high-school curriculum on video, within everyone’s reach. The platform carries on without me — I sold it. It is also the venture that taught me what I now write about in Serial Failurepreneur.
The through line
Six ventures, one path — including the failures, which I do not hide. I tell the whole story on my about page.
