YGH Consulting, a limited liability company with a single shareholder (SARLAU) with a capital of 100,000 DHS, registered at the Casablanca Commercial Register under the number 620437, with its head office located at 13 Rue Ahmed El Majjati R\u00e9sidence les Alpes Etg 1 N 8 Quartier Maarif- Casablanca, manages the following websites: www.yghalem.com (hereinafter referred to as “the Sites”). Through its Sites, Yghalem.com offers training, coaching sessions, and online courses in the fields of artificial intelligence, innovation, digital marketing, and entrepreneurship for professionals.<\/p>\n

“The Client” is defined as a user, an individual, or a representative of a legal entity, whether professional or private, who has a functional email address.<\/p>\n

These general terms and conditions of online sales govern the contractual relationship between Yghalem.com and its Clients. The Client declares to have read the following provisions before placing an order for the Services. By choosing to acquire the Services, the Client expressly and irrevocably accepts the terms set forth below. The Client declares to have the capacity to enter into this contract, meaning being of legal age and not under guardianship or curatorship if they are an individual. If representing a legal entity, they declare to have the authority to bind said legal entity to a remote sales contract of the client-supplier type.<\/p>\n

ARTICLE 2 \u2013 CHARACTERISTICS OF THE SERVICES SOLD<\/h2>\n

Yghalem.com offers for sale on the Sites all or part of its catalog of Services.<\/p>\n

Yghalem.com sells training, masterclasses, and online courses in the field of artificial intelligence on its websites The services offered for online sale are only those listed on Yghalem.com\u2019s websites on the day of the order. These services are offered subject to available places for training and available stock for other services. Yghalem.com reserves the right to modify the content of the training and courses. In case of impossibility to hold a training on a given date, Yghalem.com reserves the right to reschedule or cancel it. In this case, the Client may choose to reschedule their participation for another date or get a refund.<\/p>\n

ARTICLE 3 \u2013 ACCEPTANCE OF AN ORDER<\/h2>\n

An order can only be recorded on the site if the user has duly completed the account opening form. Any order implies acceptance of the prices and description of the Services available for sale. The confirmation of the order implies acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale. Yghalem.com commits to honoring orders received on the website or otherwise only within the limits of available places for training and available stock for other services. In case of unavailability, Yghalem.com commits to informing the user. All the data provided and the recorded confirmation are proof of the transaction. In accordance with the Civil Code, the validation of the order form is equivalent to a signature and acceptance of the transactions carried out. The recorded order confirmation is sent by email after payment validation to the email address provided by the user. In the case of payment by check, the order will only be processed upon receipt of payment and subject to available places.<\/p>\n

ARTICLE 4 \u2013 PRICES<\/h2>\n

Prices are expressed in dirhams and include all taxes. The final price is fixed at the time of the online order, after applying any reductions and calculating the VAT applicable to online services provided from Morocco to the Client. ARTICLE 5 \u2013 PAYMENT AND TRANSACTION SECURITY<\/h2>\n

The order price is payable by bank check in dirhams, credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD), or any other payment method accepted by the Payzone online payment service.<\/p>\n

For secure online payment, the Client is directed to the Payzone payment server.<\/p>\n

Payzone ensures the security of the transaction as soon as the Client is directed to the server. The order will only be validated by Yghalem.com when the bank server authorizes the transaction.<\/p>\n

ARTICLE 6 \u2013 RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL<\/h2>\n

A reservation, once paid, is considered an order. It can only be canceled by email or any other written medium at least one working week before the start of the reserved training.<\/p>\n

ARTICLE 7 \u2013 INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS<\/h2>\n

The personal information and data that Yghalem.com requests the user to provide are reserved for its use. The user has the right to access, modify, rectify, and delete their data. To exercise this right, the user can send a request to the following email address: info@yghalem.com Banking details are not recorded on the client account. For each new order, the user must provide their bank card information via the secure Payzone payment interface.<\/p>\n

ARTICLE 8 \u2013 LEGAL JURISDICTION<\/h2>\n

These general terms and conditions of sale are subject to the application of Moroccan law. In case of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution before any legal action.
